E got 3rd place over the weekend in her 4-H club Dairy Competition.
She made Sour Cream Banana Bread.
She did a great job and we were very excited for her to win 3rd in club level. She will now move on to county level in the spring.
We are now on the look out for a new dish that uses dairy products. If you have any ideas, send them my way!

How about quiche? It has eggs, milk and cheese and you can add a variety of things (broccoli, ham, bacon or other vegetables and meats).
