My Guys - Baseball edition
Scot is able to help coach B's baseball team this year. His first game was tonight.
I was so glad to be able to catch this sweet moment between my guys as they were planning a strategy for B's at bat. What a special season this is going to be!

Celebrity Day
From the time B heard that there was going to be a celebrity day at co-op, he planned to be a part of the Robertson family. You have heard of them right?
Our family loves watching Duck Dynasty and it was only fitting that he become a Duck Commander for the day :)

The Blazers
This is B's first year playing soccer.
He did a fantastic job all season long. He put so much effort into everything he did.
Great job, Buddy! We are so proud of you!

B had a great time playing ball this year!
I am so thankful for such a great coach. He learned a lot and really grew as a player!

Mudcats 2012
B is on the Mudcats team again this year. They changed the colors of their team from green and white to yellow and brown, but they still have white pants! Because of this, I knew I needed to take a few pictures of him in his baseball uniform before it got all dirty!

B's project - Lemurs
B did a fantastic job on his Lemur report! There were several distractions, but he stuck with it and did a wonderful job!

Man v Wild Style
B made this knife stick this afternoon.
When I saw him with it, I took it away from him and told him the dangers of something like this. When Scot got home, I showed it to him and he busted out laughing!!!
He said that the guy on Man v Wild had made something just like this in the episode they had watched the night before!
Oh and don't worry, when he was finally able to keep a straight face talking about it, he too had a conversation about safety!

OSU Stadium
On our way up to see Scot's family, Scot had planned a little stop along the way.
We went to see the Horseshoe. Of course, many of you who are reading this, probably do not know where that is, but you know Scot and know how much of a Buckeye fan he really is. The horseshoe is the Buckeyes stadium. S and B are both buckeye fans too so you can imagine their delight that we were going to go see where their favorite team plays.
They were able to get out on the field and play ball!
Scot scoring a touchdown :)
It was a lot of fun to see them so excited to be there and watch them playing on the field. Lots of memories made...isn't that what it is all about?

B is turning 8!
Happy Birthday to my sweet boy! I am so blessed that God gave us you, our only boy.
You bring so much joy to our lives. I love when you wake up each morning that you come a give me a huge hug and say good morning....right after you try to sneak up on me to scare me :)
I love that you are daddy's shadow. You want to be with him and do all that he does, no matter the task. Whether work or play, you are right there with your daddy!
You are a daredevil. You love to do stunts and to scare your momma with all the crazy things you try!
You are the best big brother ever!
You are silly and fun and crazy! That is one of the things we love so much about you!
B, you have captured our hearts from the beginning and have it forever! We love you, B!

The Tent
My boy loves his tent. He likes to use it on camp nights, but sometimes he just puts it on his bed and sleeps inside it.

The Puddle
One of the good things about all the rain we have been getting this week....it the puddles!
Don't worry about M...she holds her own. She got her own pay back when B was doing Mud Angels!
The next day, after having rained all night and morning, I overheard M say to B, "Did you see OUR puddle?" It was just precious!
